Ca 'Giovanni is near the vaporetto stop for the BIENNALE of art. The apartment is luxurious and finely renovated in 2018. Equipped with air conditioning, hydromassage shower and wifi, the apartment is located in a 15th century building. overlooking a charming Venetian garden. Sunny with exposed beams, Venetian terrazzo floors and Murano glass chandeliers, it has all the comforts for a great stay. The apartment is quiet and out of the tourist flow, although located close to the main attractions. About the neighbourhood

The district is traditional and lively: near the apartment you can easily find a good pastry, bars, tabacchi, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, main ticket points for the Vaporetti (water buses). The location is very central but at the same time is quiet. Walking on the main street you can reach: in 5 minutes, the famous San Giovanni Evangelista Church, the incredible Frari Church and San Rocco School with the famous Tintoretto paintings; in less than 10 minutes the Dorsoduro district: Campo Santa Margherita, Campo San Barnaba and then go ahead until the Accademia Bridge and the famous and the famous Accademia Art Galleries; in 15 minutes Rialto Bridge, T-Fondaco (Fondaco dei Tedeschi) - the DFS luxury shopping mall and San Marco Square

Getting around

Easy to reach by feet from the railway station, Piazzale Roma bus and car terminal and from the airport's Alilaguna Orange line stop at Guglie (Ferrovia). All main boat lines are within 5 minutes by feet. Located in the sestiere di Santa Croce, one of the most vibrant zones of Venice, still heavily populated by residents. A good way to know and live near the real Venice. Strategic starting point to reach the main sights of the city, but also for enjoy romantic walks in the quieter Venice, getting lost in hidden “calli” and “campi” to discover unexplored corners.
