This apartment has it all. Perfect location for visiting Venice: close to Rialto bridge and to all the main sights, yet located on a quiet courtyard. A large and sunny terrace over the rooftops with side canal and several Venice landmarks in the same panorama. Numberless windows open on the surrounding quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet, clean and well appointed, multiple bedrooms, lots of amenities. Very helpful hosts. We’re taking special cleaning measures to protect our guests from contamination. We know that cleaning and disinfection are two distinct phases, both necessary to reduce the risk of contamination. Many guests have reported feelings of joy and beauty for the light and views that can be enjoyed from the terrace and windows of this house. In addition to its wonderful location - just steps from the famous Rialto bridge and close to all the attractions that Venice has to offer - what makes this apartment really special is its large terrace! In fact, having a panoramic terrace is something very rare here in Venice: a lovely spot where, after a day spent among the beauties of the city, linger with a glass of wine and listen to the bells of the Venetian church or dinner by candlelight. In the terrace there is a dining table with six seats. It's a great plus to have some outside space in this city. Ideal for friends traveling together or for a family. This beautiful apartment is completely furnished and recently renovated. It has plenty of space. There are three bedrooms, very quiet and with beautiful views over the roofs, a typical Venetian court and a canal: one large room with a double bed, the second room with two twin beds (that can be joined together to form a double bed) and the third bedroom with two single beds. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and all cooking utensils you'll need for feel-at-home comfort. A large, modern design bathroom with double sink and a large shower. The apartment is equipped with wall mounted air conditioners, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, hairdryer and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board, cot on request, free of charge. In the kitchen and on the terrace you will find a table with six chairs. In the house you will also find: towels, bed linen, toilet paper, bath soap, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, detergent for washing machine. Teapot, Italian coffee maker, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar and spices. The apartment is on the fourth and top floor, there's not an elevator, but the stairs are not steep. Lovely apartment in great location

About the neighbourhood

The San Polo district is located in the center of Venice. From here you can reach all the main sites in just a few minutes: St. Mark's Square is a 15-minute walk away. The neighborhood is lively and has the greatest number of services in the city: many good restaurants, three supermarkets, all kinds of shops, many coffee bars and many typical Venetian taverns are just outside your door. There is the Rialto Bridge and its famous fish, fruit and vegetable market. Shopping and Sightseeing are around the corner: the Rialto Market - 3 minutes, St. Mark's Square - 15 minutes, the vaporetto / taxi / gondola - an easy 3 minute walk, with no bridges to cross with luggage.

Getting around

In Venice, there's no option other than walking or taking a boat. When crossing the city, it's often quicker to combine walking with water transport, rather than take frustratingly slow boat journeys. If you're visiting in winter, however, be prepared for acqua alta (high water) you’ll find rubber boots in the apartment. Water Transport: The Vaporettos run from 5am to midnight, after which a night system operates hourly. The main routes you'll probably use are the No 1, which runs down the Grand Canal from Piazzale Roma and continues to the Lido. There are several circular routes around the outside of the city of these include stops at Murano, Burano. The gondola ferries ply back and forth at different points across the Grand Canal.
