Ideal holiday home for a couple who wants to visit VENICE and not only, in a peaceful area and convenient to amenities, surrounded by green in a single villa with private garden, garage and free wi-fi, consisting of double room plus a sofa bed (it becomes queen-size bed when there are 3 guests), kitchen and complete bathroom with a large size shower, for maximum 3 guests. Located just outside VENICE in downtown of the small art town MOGLIANO VENETO, just 20 minutes by train to VENICE. The train station is just 5 minutes walk from the house with very frequent trains to VENICE and back. A train weekly pass valid for unlimited travel roundtrip between VENICE and MOGLIANO VENETO is only € 13,30. Bus stops to go to Venice or other destinations are close to the train station. Our small property is a private and peaceful home in a residential area. For civil behaviour and respect for our neighbours, avoid noises in the garden. No parties, music or events. It is not allowed to bring foreign people on the property with out a reservation or permission. Cleaning is as important to you as it is to us. We demand respect as we respect you, so please leave the apartment in order and take care of the goods supplied. Pets welcome: cats 10 euros per pet up to 7 nights, 20 euros per pet 8 to 14 nights | dogs 20 euros per pet up to 7 nights, 40 euros per pet 8 to 14 nights, to pay at check-in. Dogs have to relieve themselves outside the house and out of the garden. Owners can take them for a walk in the park behind the house and have to clean up after.
