The sea with its white sand can be reached on foot with a 5-minute walk. Its location near the sea is pretty spectacular, and makes the house an ideal solution for those over the sea does not want to give up living in the city center. The dinners and outdoor breakfasts, with the sunset over the sea to act as choreography, will be unforgettable. The house also has a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, pantry and a second balcony. The sea is only a few hundred meters and the center can be reached on foot with a walk on the promenade, all services, clubs and shops are under the house. The rate includes: water, electricity and gas. Linen: included. . The deposit is to be paid upon delivery of the keys, and will be returned on the last day, before departure, provided that the house is in order, clean and without damage. The deposit is not refundable in case of bad behavior during the holidays at home and not cleaned beyond measure, and if the waste were not brought in the appropriate recycling bins.
