Nice little bright loft in the very centre of the ancient Catalan town of Alghero. It has been recently and totally renovated and everything is brand new. There's a nice bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and a fully furnished kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, tv. Air conditioning/drying/heating system available. The apartment has a terrace where one can eat on open air facing a nice garden. It is in a strategic position, close to all facilities, bars, clubs, supermarkets and restaurants and has lots of parking areas in the surroundings. You can reach the first beach in town by bus in 10 minutes. It is on a first floor and has an indipendent entrance and is mostly quiet.
