Great apartment with v helpful agent

Really nicely done and well appointed apartment near the Alghero seafront (2kms from the old town) which had everything we needed (particularly appreciated the beach towels). Louise, the agent who manages the property was super helpful, organising taxis, recommending boat rental etc. The one downside...More

Lovely apartment

This is a spacious apartment that is really well equipped and spotlessly clean. The terrace was great with a sea view. It was a great base for us to explore the island by but it was just a very short walk to the lido beach...More

All year long festivals that start with...- New Year- a fantastic firework display & music that is free and is located over the port- February Carnevale In Alghero & all local towns- Easter parades & services in the churches.- May Bank holiday (Fairs in the port)- 15th August Bank Holiday (Ferrogosto) September- Coral car Rally starts & finished from Alghero- Also Mushroom season -the dishes are very promiant with mushrooms: 29th September- Saints Day in Alghero large port fireworks display & street stalls- Christmas celebration starting from around the 10th with stalls, lights & Christmas trees going up & various other smaller events throughout the year.
