An attractive 1 bedroom apartment in an exclusive development (fully gated). The apartment is located directly opposite the main beach with miles of clear blue sea and white sand. The beachfront walk leads directly into the old town and port. The development also has a playground/garden , large Swimming pool and children's pool (open July and August). There are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarket and the best ice cream shop within a few minutes walk so if you don't fancy going to town every night, there is lots to do on your doorstep (including lovely beachfront bars/restaurants). About the neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the well known Lido area just across from the beach. Nearby there are lots of facilities including bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarket, local delis, bike and car rentals . The bars all offer breakfast of fresh cakes and of course good Italian coffee. The apartment is on a main walk along the beach all the way to the port and town centr and offers a bike zone all the way as many tourists enjoy renting a bike to get around. Alghero airport is only 10 minutes away , served by the local bus .
