La struttura è totalmente sanificata con certificato rilasciato. La casa può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 6/7 ospiti. Un'ulteriore camera, a gestione separata (W China room al 2° piano) può contenere altri 2 ospiti. Per soggiorni lunghi o superiori a 5 persone, per combinazioni ed esigenze particolari, si prega di contattare anticipatamente l'host. La casa è in zona pedonale, parcheggio gratuito nelle vicine due piazze, ma l'ingresso alla ZTL è regolato da un pass giornaliero, obbligatorio entro le 24 h dall’accesso, dal lunedì al venerdì. A pochi metri è disponibile un negozio di noleggio bici, su via Vittorio Emanuele, e a 100 metri è ubicato il folkloristico mercato di Ballarò. Ambiente singolare e zona centralissima ma molto silenziosa, fuori dalla movida notturna. About the neighbourhood

At 20 meters from the "Cassaro" which constitutes the central axis of the Phoenician and then Roman, Arab and Norman cities, the house is within the UNESCO Arab-Norman route. The pedestrian street is equipped with craft workshops, souvenirs, museums and rent a bike. At 50 meters. from piazza Bologni, 70 m. from the Cathedral and 80 meters. from the Quattro Canti (piazza Villena). A few meters away is the characteristic Ballarò market, full of colors, merchandise and street food. All major museum structures are easily reached on foot.

Getting around

It is suggested to move on foot within the historical center. There is a free bus that runs along the outer circuit, with a terminus near Porta Felice (Piazza Marina). At 50 meters from the house there is a bike rental shop. Taxis can move freely even inside the pedestrian areas.
