This small & lovely apartment (Apartment Arezzo) is about 40 m². It's on the first floor (no elevator) and it's composed of a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is safe, clean and very nice inside. Free WiFi connection is included. On second floor there is a secluded and sunny roof terrace (40 mq about) with gazebo, table, chairs, deck-chairs, etc. The terrace is private and you do not have to share it with other people. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Syracuse (Ortigia) in a narrow and charming street near via Cavour, one of most characteristic street of the old town. The bedroom has a double bed convertible in two single beds (80 x 190 cm each one). The living room has a double bed sofa (110 x 190 cm). An additional folding bed (80 x 190 cm) is available in the bedroom. This holiday accommodation is very comfortable for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 4/5 people. Ideal centrally located ortigia appartment

For central Ortigia the location was excellent, the apartment was ideal, very quiet and a good size, there is a very well equipped kitchen. The roof terrace was lovely and private. It was nice to sit and relax there and we did like dining alfresco....More
