The villa is surrounded by large green areas with olive trees and vineyards. Good level of peace . Behind the villa, in a peaceful position, is an exclusive outdoor private garden (about 400 m2) that is fenced in and equipped with private swimming pool and barbacoa. The property has a park of 10 hectares where take a relaxing walk and visit the vineyard, or an ancient romanic bridge recently restored. Private Parking of the Villa inside the property. Don’t waste your money

Got there, Stefano was late. We were given a short tour and when asked if we could have one more towel we were told no. The pool was disgustingly dirty...would you swim in a green algae filled pool? The bed were old and not comfortable....More

Perfect Old World Villa

Green Area at 10-15 minuts by car from the historical city center of Florence. 5 km from the Chianti Area (good cellars and wonderful road along the vineyard of CHianti Hills) and from the main road fro Siena & San Gimignano.
Getting around
I strongly suggest to rent a car for the position of the house. Otherwise there is a bus stop just in front of the house but the bus make just few rides a day
