The newly renovated house offers free parking space for cars in front of the front door or in public parking lots nearby for free or for a fee, bus stop is 50 meters away, private car parking with escalator is 50 meters, the post office at 200 meters and the bank 300 meters near the supermarket, green park with ponds "Pincio di Assisi" at 200 meters. The train station is about 6 km away and the "San Francesco" airport is about 12 km away.
