This cosy but spacious and bright apartment is found on the second floor of a pretty stone building in the heart of Assisi and benefits from a fabulous and private roof top terrace of 48 sq metres, with spectacular roof top and mountain views. The apartment itself covers an area of almost 60 sq. metres comprising a large living space from where one can see the Bell Tower of the Basilica di San Ruffino Church. The living area is open plan with a well fitted kitchen offering plenty of work space and a breakfast bar as well as a separate dining table. The bedroom is also a very good size with a large window through which one can enjoy a view of The Rock of Assisi. Good evening, the bedroom is like in the pictures and that is with two bedside tables and a huge window overlooking the terrace. There is a huge mirror nell'antibagno mt. 2 x 1. The decor is exactly as you see in the photos.
