The house from the Art Nouveau period was restored and renovated in 2009. It has a 1.5-room holiday apartment (42 m2) for guests with a spacious double room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower / sink and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor with a view of the countryside and is very stylish and comfortably furnished. The Guest House Chur is extremely central, yet very quiet in the beautiful Stampagarten, a residential protection zone in the middle of the city of Chur.
The spacious garden can be used by the guests free of charge; A parking space in front of the house is also available free of charge, and the bus stop is only 50 meters from the house.
