Highly recommended. Lovely garden and warm welcome in a quiet neighborhood. Close to amenities including variety of excellent restaurants and shops. Easy walk to tram where you can be downtown in 10 minutes.

Fleur nous a mis très à l'aise en nous accueillant avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention. Sa maison est un havre de tranquillité verdoyant. Les petits déjeuners sont très gourmands, tant pour les yeux, que pour les papilles. Fleur nous a aussi donné des conseils touristiques avisés pour profiter au mieux d'Amsterdam. Awesome, fantastic, from beginning to the sad ending. Fleur is the perfect host and wealth of information. If it’s your first time here , fleur knows all the places to see and how to get there! Her home is warm and welcoming, her breakfast is hearty and filling , the neighborhood is quiet and safe , 5 minute walk from the tram . We would come back in a second !!!!! Adored everything about fleur’s home :)

Fleur is a wonderful host. We had a very short stay and found her help and recommendations invaluable in maximizing our stay. She's also a very interesting person in her own right, and it was a pleasure to enjoy breakfast with her in the mornings.

We spent ten nights in Amsterdam, half of them at Fleur’s. The home and garden were sparkling clean and welcoming. Fleur was an excellent host with delicious breakfasts and all kinds of information about things to see and enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet with easy walking access to multiple delicious restaurants. Staying there really gave us a feel for Amsterdam life outside the tourist areas while still being just minutes away from the hustle with a short tram trip. Highly recommended! Thank you Fleur! Xx

My friends and I were looking for a home to rent where we could relax and visit in the evening. When we arrived we were surprised to find that this is is a bed and breakfast with the host and hostess living in the home. Fleur, the hostess, was very nice and happy when we arrived. She even carried our heavy luggage upstairs. The 2 bedrooms we stayed in we're spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The bedroom downstairs has a large bathroom with a shower. The bedroom upstairs may be a bit larger but has a much smaller bathroom. We all liked our rooms just fine and slept well. Fleur made a nice breakfast and coffee. She also provided a city map and helped us find things to see and do. That was very helpful! Cons: There was no place we could and visit together unless we hung out in one of the bedrooms, there was no hand soap or wash cloths in the bathrooms, and the kitchen, where we ate breakfast, was not very clean. If you're looking for a room to rent with breakfast, this place is fine. If you're with friends and want a private home, this is not the place for you.

Our stay in Amsterdam was incredible. Fleur was very communicative throughout the process. It was an excellent location and easy to get from her home to town center. Breakfast each morning was a great start to the day, very substantial as well. The downstairs bedroom was very comfortable, quiet and had a very recently remodeled bathroom attached.

I loved staying here, as did my friend. The accomodation was clean and comfortable with a modern ensuite to our twin room. Breakfast was fab, fresh and delicious! Fleur gave us some great recommendations for eating and sightseeing, and glad we took her advice. She's very easy going, a natural hostess.
