Apartment in the heart of the Jordaan
This apartment, consists of a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a bedroom, a separate toilet and a separate kitchen. The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts: a king-size bed plus a foldaway (one person) and a sofa (two persons) we can even add a baby cot on request, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large gas cooker and an oven.
Amenities inside the apartment include a cable TV, CD player, DVD player, small library, direct dial telephone and a grand roof terrace by the way, do not forget to bring your laptop if you want to surf the internet with our broadband wireless connection!

Bel appartement
Grand appartement au calme, très bien situé, qui permet de tout faire à pieds. Idéal pour 4 personnes. A noter, comme c’est souvent le cas à Amsterdam, l’escalier très raide pour arriver à l’appartement.
Roland est à l’écoute pour répondre à nos messages.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Brilliant apartment
Absolutely brilliant stay at this apartment amazing location and really great places to eat nearby. The only problem was we didn’t stay long enough. The owner Roland was very helpful and a great host. We will definitely book the apartment again but for longer.

Great Apartment
Great Apartment - Great Location
We've just got back from a great stay in this apartment. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay,Roland the host was really helpful and very responsive to all my messages.
Couldn't fault this at all! (Yes the stairs are steep but that's what you'd expect in Dam)
I definitely hope to stay here again next time I visit..

Excellent apartment
We had an amazing stay at this apartment in the heart of Amsterdam. Rolland was a great host and provided us with everything we could ever need during are stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place - very helpful owner
We could not actually stay this time because our flights were cancelled due to all the borders closing due to Covid-19 pandemic. Roland very kindly gave us a refund of our payments.
We did stay here a couple of years ago, and it is a great spot. It is in a quiet street within walking distance of central Amsterdam. It is an upstairs apartment, accessed by a fairly steep set of stairs. It is very roomy and has a well equipped kitchen and outdoor area. We hope to be back soon. Thanks Roland.

Good Location
Great location in residential area, has everything near by from museums to bars. However I do have to say the beds are old and uncomfortable. mattresses definitely need changing.
The terrace is fantastic as well! All facilities in the flat are new and clean

Muy bien situado, excelente apartamento.
Roland, el dueño, es muy amable, dispuesto para ayudar y dar información sobre cualquier cuestión. Hemos estado desde el día 28 hasta el día 1 de enero de 2020, el apartamento genial, tiene de todo lo necesario, la ubicación excelente, en 20 minutos a pie estas en la estación central. Si no te importa andar tienes todo cerca, nosotros no hemos cogido ningún transporte publico, solo de Schiphol a la estación central. Amsterdam y su noche vieja, es algo para ver y vivir, un espectáculo. Gracias Roland.

Stupendo appartamento tipico
Stupendo appartamento in Jordaan, quartiere magico e tranquillo, a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza dam ma fuori dalla confusione del Red Light.
Ripidissima la scala per accedere (tipicità delle case di Amsterdam) ma poi appartamento ristrutturato di recente, ottime le dotazioni e gli spazi, il wi-fi, il riscaldamento, la doccia. Pulizia discreta (se siete i tipi che cercano il pelo nell'uovo gli appartamenti non fanno per voi) e un ottimo proprietario di casa, Roland, disponibile e puntuale nel farsi trovare e nelle spiegazioni.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé
Appartement très agréable, calme et très bien situé. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli de façon conviviale.
La terrasse est un plus pour les fins de journée.

Muy buena ubicación. Perfecta la atención que nos dió cuando llegamos al apartamento . Pensamos que le hace falta reformar cosa básicas del apartamento. Nos ha encantado la zona. Muy tranquila.
