Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table overlooking private street with small terrace. A staircase to the first floor lounge with magnificent Martin Visser sofa, TV - DVD (incl. 100 films), separate sleeping room with king bed AUPING. Entire apartment has soft design lighting and furniture design. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
