We had a fantastic stay at this cottage. It was clean and very well equipped. We very much appreciated the welcome packs which included a variety of teas and coffees, fresh milk and cereals plus shortbread biscuits. We would stay here again.

A very lovely, clean and comfortable cottage with lots of space for a family of 4. All you need is there - the kitchen is very well equipped and if you fancy going to the sea there are big towels and all you need for a good day out. If it is raining - no problem... a very nice selection of DVDs and books but also games to play with the family. Just perfect! If you are tired and dont want to drive - just stay in the little lovely garden. . There is a small supermarket and local pub or coffee place - all within 3 minutes walking distance for those who do not want to drive. The location is brilliant for daily trips to explore this spot of England. The hosts are very very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this accommodation more than 100% and will for sure come back!

The cottage was better than expected.Spotlessly clean and well equipped with a generous welcoming pack.Comfy beds ensured a good nights sleep.The garden was lovely and secluded.Location was great,close to beach and pubs/restaurants etc.

Das Cottage in Mawnan Smith ist ideal gelegen, um Cornwall zu erkunden. In 1 Stunde können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht werden. Es ist ein Tante-Emma-Laden vorhanden, um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Im Pub und beim Spanier kann vor Ort gut gegessen werden. Das Haus ist ideal für vier Personen, da zwei Bäder mit Zugang von jedem Schlafraum. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet . Wir können das Cottage nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The interior of the cottage was nicely decorated throughout. The beds were very comfortable having good quality bed limen. The kitchen was also well equipped with good quality cups, plates etc. The cottage was warm, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Jayne was very helpful and gave us lots of advice on eating out and throngs to do. The village is located conveniently near some local attractions and very close to Falmouth.

Returned a second time. Everything we needed, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Perfect location for this magical part of Cornwall. Gorgeous autumn week. Enjoyed our sunset walks to the Ferry Boat Inn, the Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, Kynance Cove, Frenchman's Creek and Kestle Barton and would recommend eating at Olivers in Falmouth. Also visit the Constantine Stores for wine and spirits, amazing selection. Thank you Mark and Jayne.

This bungalow was perfect. So clean and everything you need is there. Beds were comfortable and the ensuite facilities excellent. The hosts were very helpful and let my assistant dog stay with us. They even left some biscuits for her which she was very happy about. We had some biscuits left for us as well which were delicious. Mawnan Smith is an ideal location near Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens Falmouth and beaches. The bungalow is in easy walking distance to the local amenities which include a post office and well stocked shop, coffee shop, charity shop and pub. Looking forward to staying again when we next come down.
