Holmen is situated in the quiet village of Mawnan Smith a 10 minute drive from the vibrant town of Falmouth. It is a non smoking property, but pets are welcomed. Just a minutes walk down the road will bring you to the pub, shop, and a post office. The property has a spacious kitchen/diner with a fridge/freezer, washing machine/ tumble dryer, dish washer, oven/grill and microwave. The comfortable living room, contains a three piece suite, Television, DVD player and log effect electric fire. The fitted bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space .The bathroom has a walk in shower. Stayed here to welcome in the New Year. Would highly recommend this accommodation-friendly owners, spotless rooms and everything you need is there. The rooms are much bigger than they appear from the pictures -we could easily have stayed here for a couple of weeks. Lovely...More

Just what the doctor ordered. Come to this area most October's. Cottage warm and comfy,everything you need. Location great for the pub for a night cap.Near to lovely beaches and coastal walks.Falmouth nearest town,lovely for an amble and a mooch in some lovely shops.

Lovely accommodation and great location. Very comfy bed and we'll equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the coast, to the local pubs.

Very convenient and cosy stay at Holman for our short break. One small criticism would be the access in the dark there was a light over the wooden steps up to the access but it did not work. There were wet leaves around which made...More

This was a lovely spacious, clean and well equiped annexe based in a lovely little village with shops & a pub. Location was excellent for travelling around.
