The Lodge on the Marsh overlooks the Brading Marsh RSPB Nature Reserve. It is very tranquil and peaceful. The Lodge has one double bedroom with a separate sitting room with kitchenette and shower room. The sitting room also has an occasional single bed. A continental breakfast and home cooked cakes are provided daily. The kitchenette has a sink, toaster, microwave, kettle and small fridge. Provided is a good selection of cereals, orange juice, bread, fruit, yoghurts, milk, butter, bread, tea and coffees. Linen, towels, shampoo, soap and shower gel are supplied too. The Lodge is set in the beautiful garden of The House on the Marsh. It is perfect for a romantic break, cyclists, walkers, nature enthusiasts, families or those just wishing to explore the Island. There is plenty to see and do and lots of beautiful beaches close by.

About the neighbourhood
Brading is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Lodge is surrounded by the RSPB Nature Reserve of Brading Marshes. From the Lodge you can see Culver Down, Bembridge Harbour, Ventnor Down and Brading Downs. There are beaches within a few minutes drive and plenty of walks all around. Nearby there is Brading Roman Villa and Brading Station Museum. In the town there is a church, village shop, cafe, antiques centre, auction house, a Scandinavian restaurant and various pubs.
