It is easy to go walking, or by bus (in 5 minutes we are in the bus stop) or by car. Not far away there are a supermarket and also little basic shops like pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, and so on. The road along the coastal shoreline of the Guincho is not far away but you need a car or you can take a taxi (with Huber or Cabify you book the transport and it is not very expensive). The beaches are very nice surrounded with beautiful houses and with coffees and restaurants. Tamariz in Estoril organise, during the summer, sunset parties, disco and tematic parties at night. The Casino Estoril is not only a game local but also a place when is possible to see good performances, musical, theatre, expositions, but also to take a drink at the piano bar. The offer of restaurants are very big and diversified. In Cascais they take place a lot of festivals and events such as Optimus Alive. At the side of Atlantic Ocean, Beach Guincho is one of the best beach for snowboard, windsurf, Kite surf and other aquatic sport. All along the sea coastal road of the Guincho beautiful and new hotels offers meals, brunchs, lunch, a good tea time or dinners such as Hotel Fortaleza do Guincho, Senhora da Guia Boutique Hotel, Farol Hotel or Oitavos Hotel. There are also a very good oceanic swimming pool with sea water. The sea coastal road have larges streets where people can walk or run and a bike paths. Natural Parque de Sintra Cascais Beach of Ursa, Beach of Adraga, Beach of Abano are beautiful beachs along the road to Cabo da Roca or Sintra. Palácio da Pena in Sintra Palácio and garden de Monserrate Cabo da Roca the most western point of Europe, the local “where the land finish and the sea begin”. At the first floor it is the big living room with fireplace which communicates with the dinning room which in turn communicates with the kitchen. There are also a bedroom in suite. A little bathroom complete this floor. Upstairs there are 4 big bedrooms, one in suite and one more bathroom. The house is surrounded by a big garden with a swimming pool and a little house with the ping pong table and other games. The garden is protected from winds and there is plenty of sun even during the winter. At the garage we make the laundry. In the living room there are one television with portuguese and foreign channels. All the house has Wifi. The house has a modern, practice and funcional decoration. Is suitable for both short stays or long stays. Is very well equiped. Is adapted either to families or groups of friends. Her localisation permite to mix an hollyday with beach, sports, mountain (Sintra), visit a big city like Lisbon, and to live in an environment similar to the italian or french Riviera but with the portuguese hospitality and specificities. The owner can plan the transfer from airport or from railway station until home. We propose to the guests all the options and respective costs. The bus stop to Cascais city center or railway station is near the house. The house has 3 bycicles and there are a lot of bike paths in the neigbourhood.
