We have 2 guests rooms in the house: guests room nr1 is on the ground floor and this guests room nr2, is on the first floor, which has a private closed balcony and a shared bathroom.
The house has a front yard with a chill-out deck meant for the guests use.
Breakfast can be provided for an additional 4 € /person/day - croissants, bread, butter, fresh cheese, jam, fruit or cake, tea, coffee and milk.

About the neighbourhood
There are restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, self-serve laundry, ATM and mini-marts in our neighborhood - all of these can be reached by foot.
There is a pier that stretches from S. João beach, called Praia da Poça, (which is 7 min away from our house by car) to Cascais - Do like the locals and walk this 2,5 km by the sea to get to the best ice cream shops in Cascais - Santini Ice Creams.
Getting around
The bus stop is a couple of steps away from the house.
S. Pedro do Estoril beach and train station are about 7 min away by car.
We have bus stops in our street leading to the beach and train station.
The train may take you to the center of Lisbon in about 20 mins and it will take about 15 mins to Cascais. Sintra is just 30 minutes away by car or bus.
