Lisbon is a quite small city. If you have children and want to stay away from the crowded touristic corners, this location is an excellent choice. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood in central Lisbon, with shoppings, supermarkets, and cafeterias, and is excellently served with public transportation. The closer tube station (Roma) is at 2 min walking distance. Chiado is at 8 stops (10 min).
You also have two sightseeing buses in Entre-Campos (5 min. walk): the 'yellow bus' stop number 13, and the 'hop on hop off' stop number 18. The apartment has three rooms: two double rooms in the ground floor, and a twin room in the upper floor, where there is also a kitchen and a dining place. All rooms and the living room have access to a shared balcony, with a nice view over central Lisbon. There are two bathrooms, one in each floor. All room have lockers.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with: electric oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, automatic espresso and cappuccino machine, dishes and cutlery. There is also a small laundry area, with a washer, iron, iron board and cleaning tools. All the apartment is served with WiFi, 200 Mb by cable, and a 43'' smart TV.
Because there are stairs inside the apartment, care is needed, specially for children. Adults in general must be informed that the kitchen and the dinning room are in the upper floor, only accessible by stairs.

We loved our time here, we had everything we needed and it was very clean with all amenities. Great space and views, supermarket and transport near by.
The communication with the owner was very prompt and friendly. Strongly recommend for families and adults that appreciate soffistication and good taste.

The Alvalade area is an elegant district in central Lisbon, served with cafeterias, shoppings, superermakets, pharmacies, and cinemas. It certainly pays to walk around the shopping areas of Avenida de Roma and Avenida da Igreja.
