Spacious 3 bedroom family townhouse located in secured complex Araijanal in LA CALA DE MIJAS within 400 meters of the beautiful sandy beaches and all local amenities that La Cala village has to offer. This lovely townhouse is arranged over 2 floors and has a roof terrace with sea views, BBQ and bar table. The urbanization offers a great communal swimming pool area with sun beds and safe parking. The house is walking distance to all amenities as its located right beside the La Cala village so you literally have everything on your doorstep. Only 2 minutes walk to the big supermarket Mercadona that always stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and seafood, fresh bread and bakery. The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite complete bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with double bed and 3rd bedroom with two single beds. Up another flight of stairs and you have a large solarium with BBQ and stunning sea views to one side and mountain views to the other. This is a fantastic place to dine Al Fresco on a balmy summer's night or enjoy a day time BBQ during the winter or soak up the sun all day long. The house is FULLY air-conditioned, has fibre optic WI-FI, many international TV channels and safe parking for 2 cars. A great location, spacious house, all add up to the perfect spot to relax! About the neighbourhood
La Cala de Mijas, centrally located on the Costa del Sol coastline, is a small jewel of a town situated between Marbella to the west and Fuengirola to the east. La Cala is a town with a wonderful village atmosphere and attitude. The central high street has small, narrow roads branching off it, taking you to the many boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants until you can go no further as you have reached the main square and the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The coastline of La Cala offers both long stretches of clean, sandy beaches, where you can take a leisurely stroll west on the boardwalk all the way to adjacent towns of Riviera del Sol and Sitio de Calahonda.
