Situated in Ladyville and a few minutes drive from the airport, Triggerfish is a comfortable and relaxing B&B. Cathy and Dan are great hosts who are friendly, informative and give you space to relax by the pool or in the covered veranda. The bedrooms are well appointed with aircon and opening windows, en-suite bathroom and good quality bedding. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. There are many attractions within 1-2 hours drive including Alton Ha Maya ruins, Belize Zoo, zip lining through the forest or cave tubing, ATM cave walk/climb to Maya artefacts making Triggerfish a good base to stay at.

Cathy and Dan were the best hosts...the rooms are beautiful and well kept. I could have just stayed just at the inn all day every day as the pool was perfect. If you need somewhere to sit, read, relax and enjoy the seanary while listen to the lovely sounds of the birds...this is the place to do it. Hey I called ahead and Cathy arranged pick up at the airport. The meals were amazing and we had all our meals there, why go anywhere when Cathy will cook home made meals. The menu gave you lots of choices...can't wait to get back to see you all again this winter...you better Belize it.... If you plan a trip to Belize you will land 5 minutes from The Inn on Triggerfish so give them a call...tell them Donna sent you...enjoy

This place was an absolute life saver. My wife and I had missed a flight and it was about to get dark. Every premium hotel in Belize City was booked because of some event at the Best Western. Cathy to the RESCUE. Trust me - book this place. Do not screw around and try to get a taxi - they'll take you GOD KNOWS WHERE for a scam. Call Cathy direct. She'll send her personal driver (George) over to pick you up. He was at the airport 5 minutes after we booked to pick us up! This bed and breakfast is 7 minutes from the terminal but it is so peaceful and tranquil. You step out of your room and you're 5 feet from the luxurious pool that overlooks the lagoon full of wildlife as birds sing to you! Our travel nightmare turned into a romantic retreat! Cathy makes a hell of a breakfast - which is included?! Trust me when I tell you to book this place with confidence - we we're sure glad we did!

If you want a great place close to airport this is it. It has a pool and she will cook for you as well. Very good food. They can arrange pick up as well. Clean, new and great care.

I put my parents up here and they loved it. Dan and Cathy catered to their every need. They said the food was wonderful and they slept brilliantly so I was very pleased to hear this. The property is very well kept and has an inviting pool. Thank you BNB on Triggerfish for taking good care of them!

The owners and there staff were so friendly and helpful with planning daily excursions. We also spend the day just hanging out at the pool. It was great that they also were able to cater to my vegan diet. So very relaxing. A special shout out to Marly one of the dogs, he was so cute and but they are all so sweet.

Our lives are busy chaotic and long we wanted a get away that provided stress free relaxing and some entertaining. Cathy and Dan outdid themselves pick up from airport was seamless and arrival to the BNB was greeted with a cool beverage and a lovely small menu that was delicious also a great vegan menu. The rooms were great comfortable clean and inviting. The environment was perfect the adorable little pups were a great additive a quick change of cloths and a dip in the most inviting pool was just what was needed after the long trip. Thanks to you both great hosts for a great place. I highly recommend a visit to The BNB on Triggerfish
