Also within the immediate vicinity are archeological sites such as Mycenae, Epidaurus and the Venetian town of Nafplion. This beautifully well-lit house has large windows overlooking the sea and offers spectacular views of the sunset. It comprises a spacious living room with sunken seating and fireplace, connected with the dining room and an open plan kitchen with island. On the first floor are three spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, open space shower and beautiful front terrace with sea view. All rooms have an overhead fan as well as air conditioning (central) and mosquito net equipped windows. Separate from the main house but within the premises is an a/c-equipped guest house that can accommodate up to five people. It offers two queen-size beds, of which one is on the mezzanine, as well as a small built-in lounge that can also serve as an additional bed. For the comfort of our guests, there is a fridge and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The outdoor area offers privacy and features a wide veranda, which runs all around the house connecting the guest’s house and its private pergola. This area, as well as a separate built-in pool terrace, offers several comfortable shaded lounging and outdoor dining options. The 65 sqm bean shaped swimming pool, with outdoor shower and separate WC, features a chlorine-free salt and ozone disinfection system ideal for children or allergy prone guests. Several elegant loungers are spread around the pool. The nearest beach is at short walking distance from the villa with convenient access to several secluded sandy bays with crystal clear waters. For water sport lovers, Porto-Heli offers a wide variety of activities only fifteen minutes by car. Our rates vary during the year and the low and mid-season rates are open to negotiation. Rates stay the same regardless of the amount of guests and also include: a house-keeper/cook and shopping ordering service before your arrival.

Stunning views from this lovely villa.
The property is beautiful with a high finish. It has stunning views and the owners make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Short drive to the town of Porto Cheli and the supermarkets. Great for family gatherings and a relaxing stay.

Perfect Villa
We stayed at the villa with multi-generational family and friends. The house is new, modern and spacious in a very private setting; the layout and amenities work exceptional well. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well appointed. There are places for small or large groups to talk. The views are beautiful, the sunsets inspiring and crystal clear beaches are a few minutes away. The villa provided us with a wonderful setting for a memorable vacation.

Outstanding peace and view
A splash in the serenity, comfort and elegance, The Villa is very well furnished with elegance and style. Rooms are comfortable and most of them with an outstanding view. The place is peaceful, the housekeeping is impeccable. 10 min walking beautiful sea and nice beaches even better if you can rent a boat. I strongly recommend this place for family and friends who want to enjoy an elegant and relaxing holiday with good Greek cousine.

A most beautiful home and setting in magnificent Greece
This is the first time I rent a place (usually I go in a hotel), but Giulietta's house made it become one of the best holidays ever! I truly loved sitting in the patio near the pool, with a breeze, an amazing view, and what a sunset! The near by beaches were very nice and the possibility of spending a day in the near-by islands was also a rare opportunity. The house is really beautiful, elegant, clean, functional, and modern in very a greek setting; super! We had Frida working for us that week, and she was sweet, nice and very helpful. thank you Frida! I hope we will be able come back next year.

What you see on the photographs is what you get
As soon as we arrived, we knew our holidays would be perfect. We felt like we were the first one to live in this house as it was so immaculate and in good condition. All the rooms are very spacious,with many different outdoor sitting areas. We enjoyed very much the serenity of the garden, no one around us. At the same time, locals restaurants and bars were just a few miles away. Porto Héli was our favourite spot. Although we liked trying all the different restaurants, the housekeeper was a fantastic cook, healthy dishes were made to us whenever we wanted. I was anxious about having someone unknown to us living in the house but Frida was ever so kind, she made sure we had every thing and at the same time was very discreet. The road to this little paradise was a little too long but once you get there you can only say that it was definetely worth it.

An idyllic family holiday in Greece
Our family of 4 (2 girls aged 8 & 10) spent a glorious week in this beautiful secluded villa surrounded by the sights and sounds of the clear water lapping at the shore. The house is beautifully designed both inside and out and is kept in spotless condition. The pool is a nice size for swimming and playing and is at least 2.5 meters deep at one end. Though the pool water is not heated, our children enjoyed the water by day and night in late May. The location, minutes away from Kilada and Porto Cheli, allows for convenient access to groceries, tavernas and water activities. We made easy daytrips to Hydra, Epidavros and Nafplio. With an international boating license (which we do not have) you can also arrange to rent the owners' boat, which would have been a fabulous addition to our activities. Even without the boat, we were able to explore the almost private beaches both on foot and via car, making stops at at least 6 beaches all within 10 minutes of the home. Our time here was made truly exceptional by our experience with Frida, the cook/housekeeper arranged by the owners. Though we have rented many vacation villas, this was our first experience with having help with meals and keeping the household in order. Frida made this a true vacation for every member of our family and helped us have a more genuine Greek experience. She prepared (and cleared) delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, introducing us to many traditional and delicious Greek dishes we would not have otherwise tried. She made the beds, did laundry, made reservations for our water taxi and taught our daughter how to prepare some fabulous Greek dishes. She speaks excellent English and has a wonderful demeanour. In fact, we're now not sure how we'll ever vacation without her! The owners were responsive and welcoming and made the entire experience a pleasure. We highly recommend this villa and will be talking about this fabulous holiday for years to come!
