The apartment is on a perfect location. Apartment is fully renovated at July 2017 In the centrum on a but silent and peaceful area. I have all the necessary equipment on the apartment including laundry machince, iron etc. I have a superfast Wifi. Due to the roomheight that's over 3 meters the apartment feels bigger than 25 sq.meters that it is. The apartment is on a 1st floor but on the courtyard not windows to the street.

I would appreciate that the guests would not make too much sound etc. and respect the neighbours. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment. There is a place for smoking at the yard but please, don't smoke in front of the stair doors. Also, the person who rents the apartment must be staying on the apartment during the rental period, sub-renting prohibited.

About the neighbourhood

The area is very safe and peaceful. There is a just renovated park for children 100 meters from the homedoor. Many nice restaurants and cafe's are on the area. The absolut centerpoint is just 1.1 km away from my home.

How to get there

The address of my apartment is Kalevankatu 52 D 51, so the entrance for the A house and B house are not for my home, my home is in the D house. So, the first door when you will arrive from the city center direction is for A and B houses, then just go forward 50 meters and you are in front of the iron gate. Now you are in front of the C and D houses. Go inside of the door and go forward 20 meters, now you are in the patio (courtryardt). On the right side you can see D door, there is written 1898 above the door.Go in from the door and my apartment is the last one in the first floor on the right side of the corridor. My surname is written in the door.
