Balmill Villa is situated in a quiet and secluded location, one of only three private villas in a non-estate location in Ozankoy. It is quiet and secluded, with private gardens and a beautiful 8x4m overflow swimming pool.
The garden is landscaped and secluded with dining and seating areas. The Villa also benefits from a feature Olive tree that dates back 100’s of years.
Only a five minute walk to the centre of Ozankoy village with its many bars, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets.
Beaches are a short drive by car and only a 10 min drive to central Kyrenia
