Our apartment is bright and airy overlooking the park next to the Armenian Church in Acropolis, Strovolos

The flat is located on the top (5th) floor.

Dedicated covered car parking space on Ground Floor. Wood Parquet flooring throughout while the bathroom and Kitchen are tiled in ceramic tiles.

Two bedrooms with dual function A/C with cold and hot settings and remote control.

The master bedroom has a king size (200 & 180 cm) bed with fitted wardrobes and drawers. Blackout Shutters.

2nd Bedroom has a twin size bed with fitted wardrobe and drawers. It has a glass door leading onto the balcony. Blackout Shutters.

Baby cot with bed linen. Children's DVD's, Books and Toys.

Baby highchair, stroller and Car Seat available.

The living and dining room is spacious with glass doors leading onto the balcony.

We really enjoyed our two weeks in this apartment.
The apartment was clean and tidy but obviously a home and not a commercialised rental which we really liked.
It was perfectly located for all the places we wanted to visit. We had a hire car and there was a covered parking place which was very useful. I understand that there is a bus stop nearby for those without a car.
The apartment is in a residential area which was peaceful but near to a main road. A local Taverna with great food, a 24 hr Bakery which sold milk etc as well and a corner store with a larger collection of everyday items for sale. Unfortunately neither place sold fresh veg or salad but then eating out is not expensive. We found ordering one meal was more than enough for two to share.
Svetla was a real help - marking up locations on a map for us and talking us through all the information we needed to live happily n the apartment.
We will be happy to return to his rental - what better...

We were 3 people and we stayed 1 week in the flat and I can only say positive things 100%. Comfortable and easy method to get the keys of the flat. Discreet area with easy parking. The flat was clean and very well equipped with sheets, towels and some food. The stay was very pleasant for us. Weather was hot but was not any problem since it was provided with air conditioning. Very good location has nearby restaurants and market 24 hours. When i return to the city I will repeat again the experience in the flat.. Thanks Ulysses

The apartment is in a peaceful residential area behind the Ifigenia and Armenias Avenues.

Next to the Apartment building is a great neighborhoud park with large trees.

Within 10 minutes walking distance is the 5 Star Hilton Hotel, with olympic sized pool, English Pub, all day dining restaurant if you would like some 5 star treatment.

In the area are the head offices of the Central Bank, Banks and other Head Quarters buildings, making the flat a great choice for Business Travellers .

The Armenian Church of Nicosia is close by on Armenia's Street.

Close to the flat there are dozens of cafes, supermarkets, traditional coffee shops, Toronto pizza, ice cream parlours, souvlaki (traditional snack pita bread with meat skewers) shops.

Airport: Larnaca Airport - The Airport Shuttle for the Airport is ten minutes by cab from the flat, located c: 50.0 km
Once you reach Nicosia (Kalispera Traffic Lights) from the Larnace and Limassol Highway, continue straight on Archibishop Makarios Avenue. You will pass the Marks & Spencers Shop on your left. Turn left at the Armenia Avenue and follow this through the first traffic lights. At the second traffic lights turn off Armenia to the left onto Ifigenia. On Ifigenia take the first left turn and then again left onto Evripidou Str. Amaral is the block name.
