It is furnished with a leather suite seating 6 people, a large, circular coffee table, a leather lamp table, a 37" plasma TV with Freeview, WIFI and a CD Player. The dining area has a glass dining table with seating for 6 people. Patio doors alongside it overlook the gardens and swimming pool from the balcony. The open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, faces the dining area and lounge. It is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Off the dining area, there is a hall which leads to the three double bedrooms. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen sized bed, dressing table, mirror and exceedingly generous wardrobe space. The en suite bathroom is fully tiled and spacious with a bath and over head shower, wash basin, mirror and toilet. The balcony overlooks the gardens and swimming pool, and has a large table and chairs to sit and relax whilst watching the world go by. The other 2 bedrooms, furnished exactly the same as the master bedroom, have two single beds each, which can be pushed together, again each with generous wardrobe space. They share a fully tiled bathroom with a bath and over head shower, wash basin and toilet. They also share an extensive balcony with two tables and chairs and a view overlooking the Old Town and a distant view of the mountains. Behind the lounge is a spiral staircase leading to the private roof terrace, complete with sun-loungers, barbecue and stunning views overlooking the gardens, fountain and pool. Heaven!More

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in this apartment. Rena is an amazing host, emails were answered quickly and was so helpful with organising taxis. We had a car for a few days to get out and about but could have easily done without. The location for us was perfect, plenty of restaurants and bars on our doorstep and a pleasant 10 minute walk to the harbour plus next door to a mall with a good well stocked supermarket. The apartment itself was large with multiple balconies and of course the lovely private roof terrace. It was well equipped (although barely used the kitchen!). It was lovely and clean on arrival. Communal pool was nice and a decent size although only a few sun umbrellas but understand that is due to be rectified in the near future. Never crowded whilst we were there. In all we had a perfect time in this perfect apartment and hope to return soon.

Just back from a week in Paphos with my husband and 2 of my sons aged 19 and 15. Originally booked 2 years ago but delayed due to Covid. We have visited these apartments twice before and chose them because of the location. Next door to the shopping mall, 5 mins to the beach and 10-15 mins walk to the harbour. We hired a car but you could easily manage without one. The apartment was very spacious and good for families and friends. The jacuzzi is now out of use but we didn't miss it. Everything was clean but could probably do with a little bit of an update, which is understandable as probably not really been used for the last couple of years. The pool is great but again the outside area could do with a bit of a tidy up compared to our last visit a few years ago. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and Rena was a great host. Very responsive to emails. Would definitely book again.

We have just returned after a wonderful 2week holiday which included our sons wedding. Rena (the owner) was extremely helpful and responded to e mails immediately. The apartment was very spacious and had an amazing roof terrace which we used on a daily basis. Shops and restaurants close by and 15min walk takes you to the fabulous harbour with lots of bars ,restaurants and shops. Although we have visited Cyprus twice this year .....another wedding in May we would love to return one day πŸ’—

Just come back from a lovely stay at this apartment.. apartment is extremely spacious and well equipped with the added bonus of a barbecue and hot tub which was perfect to relax in at the end of the day. The apartment is located in a perfect location , within walking distance to the many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, harbour , archaeological sites and Tomb of the kings . Rena was extremely helpful both before and after the booking process and I would highly recommend this apartment. Hopefully we’ll be back in the future.

Our 3 week stay was a complete pleasure. Apartment is huge and has everything you will need and is so central to everything. We used the rooftop hot tub almost every day. Rena, the owner always responded to emails quickly and was so helpful. Would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful penthouse apartment set in the gorgeous Queens Gardens. My second time to stay and loved it even more. 5 of us had a more than comfortable stay. Pool area fantastic. Within walking distance of harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. Next door to the shopping mall. My family loved our stay here and we will definitely be back next year.

Four of us stayed for 10 days and we would highly recommend it. The amount of space is excellent. We particularly loved how the inside and outside feel so connected, with balconies off every room, and we used the roof terrace a lot. Having stayed in a nearby hotel last year we already knew the location would be great but having so much of our own space enhanced our time even more. The apartment is huge, modern, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Rena was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay.

Beautiful penthouse ideally situated for restaurants and large supermarket if you want to eat in, 5 minutes walk to beach 10 minutes to harbour or bar street for a change of scenery. All in all amazing place to stay.

We have just enjoyed a brilliant two weeks at this penthouse at queens gardens and already can't wait to get back out there to stay again! A fabulous apartment with 3 very well sized bedrooms and a lovely lounge and dining room, each room has a great sized balcony and to top it of the apartment has a beautiful roof terrace with a hot tub that we used every day, which was perfectly clean and well kept. This apartment is well equipt and has everything you can wish for. Only a short walk from the harbour which has plenty of gorgeous restaurants and lovely beaches, the shopping mall right next door is perfect to have so close and a great size supermarket in there makes it very handy. Rena the owner was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Paphos. We stayed in the penthouse in Queens Gardens. Rena the owner was lovely to deal with and gave us all the info required for our visit. The penthouse was huge with 3 large bedrooms all with balconies and a private roof terrace which was our favourite place to spend time as the sun shone on the terrace from early morning until late in the afternoon, at which time it was shining on one of the balconies. Lovely pool area too which was never too crowded. The location is excellent with the large mall just next door and plenty of bars restaurants and shops just a step away. The harbour area is lovely and easy to get to even without a car. Hoping for a re-visit soon.

It is in a perfect, central location, so close to everything that you don't need a car unless you want to explore further afield. Queens Gardens is on the fringe of the tourist area, at the beginning of the Tomb Of The Kings Road. It is an ideal location for wedding guests to stay. If you turn right out of the apartments, there are many restaurants within a short walk. including some traditional Greek restaurants with Greek Nights which have dancing, music and a set menu including local wine. It is great fun and an enjoyable experience. A little further along on the corner of the first set of traffic lights, is an upmarket Chinese restaurant called Phuket, serving mouth watering dishes. Chinese, highly recommended, is on Poseidonis Ave (the road along the seafront).
