Carol and family (villa manager) were really helpful and welcoming. The villa was exactly what was advertised. Very clean and well presented. Location was nice and rural with shops not far away and only 15 minutes from Lanarka beach. We are a big family with children aged between 6-16 and all of us had lots of fun in and around the villa.

The villa is well presented and just a short 15min drive from Larnaca airport. It was plenty big enough for our stay, with the pool being a godsend in the heat! The villa has all the essentials for your stay including pool table but depending on your level you may want some new tips for the ques! There’s plenty of outdoor space to sit in the sun or take shade in the outside dining area. The welcome pack contains plenty of information for your stay in Cyprus, and your only a 35/40min drive to Ayia Napa if you fancy a change. The local area is very quiet so great if you want to chill out without any tourist hustle and bustle, but beware there is only a bakery and 2 restartuants within walking distance, you’ll need to jump in the car if you need anything more. Angela was very helpful and always answers the phone if you have any questions.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday staying in Kalithea villa and I wish we could have stayed longer. Angela the villa manager was a pleasure to deal with,everything was ready for us on arrival and the villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Angela sent detailed directions to the villa plus directions to the nearest supermarket and local bakery (which do lovely fresh bread,cakes,milk,eggs and lots more ) We ate in both the local restaurants,which were very good, we also used the takeaway next to the bakery and their pitta kebabs are enormous ! We hired a car and travelled to lots of lovely places;we particularly liked Protaras and Troodos. The weather was amazing while we were there so we also had a few days around the pool. It has a solar cover/heater which meant we were even able to swim. I would definitely recommend this villa and Angela,who I can’t thank enough for her help,and hope to be back again in the future.

We had a lovely week away in Cyprus staying in Kalithea villa, it’s well situated, being close to Larnaca. This was our fifth stay through the lovely Angela who helped us with everything we needed. We paid and booked everything directly through Angela who also held our deposit which was returned the day after we left. The villa’s outside space was generous and was a sun trap during the day. The inside of the villa was nice and welcoming with everything we needed to hand for our stay. We will be looking forward to our next stay very soon!

This was our first stay and dealings with homepride and Angela . From beginning to end the whole process was easy and straight forwards with easy payment direct to Angela safely and securely . We used a local car hire advised by Angela, sure drive car rentals . The car was ready as soon as we landed and the sat nav already set for our destination , which we thought was a nice touch and put us at ease. We arrived at Villa Kalithea 15mins later , and WOW....!!! We walked in to a spacious home from home and the kids eyes light up with excitement ! Very clean and well decorated ,beautiful place ! The villa and the pool and outside area looked alot bigger than the actual pictures to our surprise , which was a real bonus. The villa is perfectly situated to explore Cyprus , which we did , and and our chill days we had plenty to do for all the family with pool table , bbq and just lazing in the sun ! Lovely views from the front of the mountains and countryside and at the back overlooks the pool. Angela was an absolute diamond and very tentative to all our needs and questions.. Even stupid questions like how do i start the bbq 😔�.. We would definetly return and deal with Angela again just for the ease and simplicity of the whole holiday . From the start Angela the rep , had been very prompt and organised , taking our booking safely and securely through direct bank transfer to herself.. she had been always very reassuring and was always true to her word. We arrived at the airport , and our rep ,Angela had recommended a local car hire firm with Sergio , sure car hire .. he was there waiting for us , very prompt and straight forward . He had the car brought to us and had already set the set nav for our stay at Villa Kalithea. The car was clean and full of fuel ready to go..!! We arrived easily within 15 mins of the airport in Larnaca , and walked in to a home from home that simply wowed us from the start. The villa was so much bigger than it looked on the photos and was beautifully decorated throughout. Already simple things like toilet roll and hand wash , water and tea and coffee left by the previous visitors , to our great relief !. The pool was absolutely amazing and again alot bigger than we expected !. With pool table and bbq we were always happy to just sit and relax if we didnt want to go anywhere which we did quite often. ! Supermarket is ten mins drive and very easy to find. After stocking up we went for dinner at the local beach front in Larnaca and off to a flying start to our holiday.. Perfectly situated to explore Cyprus ,Villa Kalithea had it all.. lovley views of the mountains , quiet ,peaceful and fully equipped for a great family holiday . Highly recommended for any family or group , Angela was an absolute diamond ,very tentative to all our needs , and the car hire was perfect .. Thankyou Angela for a fantastic holiday. We will for sure be seeing you again..

The Villa was perfect.. !!. With plenty of space for all 7 of us.. perfect location , Lovely scenery and easy access to all of Cyprus.. The pictures on the website do not do this villa justice.. we were wowed by the amount of space the villa actually had. Perfect size pool for all of us and a pool table for late evening tournaments ! Bbq quick and easy to use.. could not ask for more.. very clean , very nice decore , perfect temp on the air con.. Finally there was the most amazing hostess with the mostest , Angela..! From beginning to end ,always at hand no matter what the question was ! Such a pleasure to have met and deal with.. This Villa is very much recommended by us.. 5 *

What a beautiful villa. It was very clean well equipped and the pool was fantastic! Angela the property manager was very efficient and made the whole process of booking , payment and any queries we had very easy and with no stress at all. We had two teenagers with us who loved the pool table and the WiFi!!! We hired a car which I would recommend not only to visit the rest of this beautiful island but to also make a trip to the supermarket and the lovely bakery (the cakes are a must!). We would love to visit the villa again and would highly recommend to anyone considering it.

Our third time with homepride services and Angela - as usual was amazing. Villa is fully equipped, clean and maintained and was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 moody teenagers. Surrounding areas easily accessible by car and as the weather was cooler we travelled nearly everyday.

Everything was good,had a place where to order food if we needed,quite- perfect for family vacations!
