We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this house. It is just as seen in the photos and everything is in good working order. Carol was always on hand and incredibly quick to respond and support with a wealth of local recommendations. With a car, it is 15-20 mins from a range of beaches, shopping and the airport. A very quiet location although ear plugs are handy to sleep through the wake up call from the local rooster.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house is perfect for a family with teenage kids, who whish to relax and enjoy the pool, the sun and play some tabletennis. A well-equipped kitchen and a lot of cozy eating areas. Thank you for a pleasent stay.

Villa and all the facilities were just perfect for us, a group of 8 . There were enough space for everyone. We enjoyed especially the pool and pool table, children played pool all day long. The villa was very near to Larnaca and airport, but still in very quiet neighbourhood. The nearest beach (Carretta) was about 15 min (10 km) drive away, which we visited many times. Communication with Angela, the property manager was very easy.

After arriving late, the access into the villa was so easy everyone was inside, had turned lights on and choosing their rooms and I was still paying the taxi driver! The place was extremely clean inside and out, very tidy, everything to hand. The kitchen had all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and electrical equipment to make eating in easy like being at home. There are lovely views from every window, we loved having a cup of tea on the bedroom balcony every morning admiring the views.

Kypros Villa was pretty much as described. Very clean, spacious and all the facilities you'll need for a relaxing vacation. Apart from the odd dog barking or chicken clucking in the distance, the only thing you'll hear are the crickets! We thanked Zeus every day/night for the aircon because without it, we'd have been pretty uncomfortable! The temperature was between 30-34 during mid August and like an oven day and night! The pool is cleaned several times a week but the chaps come early in the morning so you probably won't even hear them going about their business. The under cover pool table/ping pong table were a fantastic distraction for our teenage boys and offered a welcome break from the hot sun during the day. Despite its rural location, the internet is just about fast enough to stream TV services but make sure you take your own streaming device like an Amazon Firestick or Kodi. Although the listing states there's satellite TV, there are no local or English channels. In fact, we couldn't get any channels working to break the deafening rural silence! Angela's welcome pack service is very useful if you're arriving late at night but our advice is, don't go mad thinking you'll make the most from the 20 Euro service fee. The supermarket she uses (although the nearest) is also probably the most expensive. If you're self-catering rather than eating out all the time, you might want to check out the Super Discount Store in Aradippou 15 minutes away in the opposite direction. Here you'll find a massive selection at literally half the price for most goods and the booze is seriously cheap! The Kokos Taverna 10-15 mins walk away is very nice and unbelievable value for money and the local bakery is handy for some yummy goodies, breads and cold drinks. All in all, a lovely place to stay if you just want rest and relaxation. If you want to sample more of the culture and history of the island though, plan you day trips thoroughly, unless you love visiting old churches and small church based museums which are in abundance around the local area! Last but not least, communication with Angela was excellent throughout which added to our peace of mind.

On our first visit to Cyprus, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Near airport, and ideal location for traveling on the motorway. Nice village location, with local facilities. Villa has everything you need, clean, spacious and south facing. We dealt with Angela, who was very helpful, met us to discuss facilities, and pointed out local attractions and shops etc. Very easy to book on line, pay as required, and deposit return upon arrival in uk. Villa Kypros provides everything you could need for a family holiday. The villa was spacious and well appointed and spotlessly clean. The children loved the pool which was also well maintained and cleaned regularly during our 10 day stay. We also enjoyed the added bonus of the pool/table tennis table. Angela, the property manager, provided an excellent service including shopping for our arrival which was later in the evening. Angela also arranged airport transfers and car hire for us which was invaluable. Payment was made directly to the property manager, and this worked without any issues The villa is located in a quiet area but within a few minutes of the main highway which gives easy access to the airport, Larnaca and other towns and amenities. There is an excellent bakery in the village which also sells a range of other foods such as cheese, meats, milk, etc. The cakes are delicious! This was our first visit to Cyprus and Villa Kypros provided the perfect home from home. Angela was on hand to offer advice and support if we had any problems, (which we didn’t), so all in all we would have no hesitation in recommending a stay in Villa Kypros.

Thank you for a pleasant stay in Atletriko! Our family of five plus grandparents had a great week in Atletriko from 7th till 14th of October. Not to hot and still nice both for being outside and stay on the beach. The kids loved the swimming pool. The house had all we needed to make our own meals and the restaurant close by had excellent Cypriotic food. Will also recommend the food at the take-away close by. The location is a quiet suburb and you need a rental car to get around. We got great recommendation from Angela and got to look around the country. Driving was easier than expected.

Another great stay at Villa Kypros (our 4th visit). The property is very well maintained and stocked with everything you may require for a week's stay. The location is quiet so ideal for family holiday, particularly given the private pool. However, there are some lovely restaurants in the local area and the property is in a good location for further exploration. The Villa Manager, Angela, is excellent and very helpful. Payment is made by bank transfer directly to her which is very straightforward. We would certainly recommend the Villa to others and will be returning.

We stayed in this property for a week on a trip away with friends, and it was a lovely, relaxing home away from home for that time. All the amenities you would expect and want from a villa, in a nice location with lovely towns nearby for day trips / restaurants. The villa is spacious, modern and very well appointed with all the facilities you would need to have a successful holiday. The pool and outside area is lovely, clean and perfect spot to relax, read and have a lazy day! We cooked in several nights, which worked very well and took taxis to local restaurants on other occasions which was great. Perfectly located for day trips, evenings out and relaxed days in! Would thoroughly recommend this villa for a lovely Cyprus holiday!
