Stairs up to the first floor lead to three bedrooms, kingsize double bedroom (5ft) with ensuite bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). This room also benefits from access to a balcony area. Nice location but poorly maintained
The house is in a lovely area, and modernised nicely. But poor maintenance let it down. for example the dishwasher was not just broken but had mould growing in it; broken door, curtain poles about to fall down and the garden could do with weeding, sweeping and a lick of paint on the fences - didn’t feel nice to sit in. Felt a shame as it could have been lovely.

Sanderling
The accommodation was perfect, loads of space for the family and off road parking was a plus. The location was also ideal for us to explore brownsea island, Arne, swanage and the many beaches and crabbing opportunities were great for the kids.

Family Holiday
3rd year stopping here in this holiday home just of Poole Baiter Park. And I just can't fault the place. Perfect location for the town centre and the quay. 10 minute walk to the quay in fact. Will be booking again next year.

nice holiday home in great location
The house is in a quiet close, 5 mins from the seafront and 10-15 mins walk from centre of Poole. The property was clean on arrival, although the ensuite bathroom floor did not seem to have been swept. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels etc. The overall appearance was a bit dull - It could be improved with weeding and cleaning the patio and balcony and maybe adding some potted plants. But I would be happy to stay here again. We rented via Quay holidays who were friendly and efficient.

Family home with great location
Location a stones throw from seafront and a 15 minute walk from town centre. Great beach at the famous Sandbanks 10 minute drive away. Accommodation itself can accommodate up to 6 people but not enough plates etc. Place was not that clean - bathrooms dirty, floor covered in bits (probably because Hoover didn't work), whole house needs a bit of tender loving care. Having said that if these things were put right it would be a perfect holiday home

October Half Term break
Ideal location as 15 mins walk to Harbour/Shopping area. Supermarket 5 mins in car. Park ideal for young children is a 15 mins walk in other direction. Lots to see/do/visit in the area, a week is not long enough. This property needs some work done on the creaky floorboards, particularly in the main bedroom where they dip. Could not fault the property otherwise.
