Upon entry is a spacious hall, complete with a football table. Double doors lead off into a modern open-plan and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and dining area which seats 12. There are 2 washer-dryers located in the separate utility room. The rear garden can be assessed from both the utility room and bi-fold doors from the kitchen. Disappointed with area. Not Poole, Canford Cliffs/ Branksome area, so misleading.
This house is in need a complete update. The carpets need a deep clean and all the bathroom showers need descaling and maintenance. We even ran out of water after 6 people showered. The kitchen power is very low so that cooking on the cooker top took ages and the oven couldn't be used as ,apparently, an electrian could not be contacted. The refuse bins did not arrive until the 2nd day.All wash basins were blocked and slow draining.Photos of property are misleading as there wasn't a table football and that disappointed our 11 yr old. We have never stayed in a place where we were told to remove all our bedding and towels and wipe down work surfaces on leaving. Our homes are all immaculate so it was certainly clean and tidy when we left. Not value for money at all.

Birthday break
Booked this house a year ago for my family to celebrate my 50th birthday. We were delighted by the house and everyone had a lovely time. Lots of things to do in the local area. Would definitely book again for a family holiday.

Large house by the sea
A fantastic property ideal for the larger family or group of guests. All essentials provided in the property for your break away. All very clean and tidy and local shops were very handy. Carol was very friendly and on hand to meet us at our chosen time of arrival and departure.

Amazing Place
This is a really nice house, very clean, well equipped and perfect for our weekend. 14 of us slept comfortably and the property managers were great. Highly recommend.

Perfect house and location for large family groups
Outstanding location, ideal for beach and shops. Great house for large family groups with all the amenities you could wish for. Have used this property for the last three consecutive years and have just booked it again for 2018

Lovely house, great location - on our 4th visit
The house is perfect for our needs, excellent condition, ample parking and a short walk to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Michelle from deluxe is an absolute star, nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for a large lovely family home, in a great location this tricked all our boxes

New year break
We booked a new year break for 3 families at this property, from the start Michele was so very helpful and our every need was met without any problems. The house was absolutely lovely and perfect for the 12 of us. Plenty of space for the children and adults to not be on top of each other. The house had all the facilities we needed and Christmas decorations were a really lovely touch. It's a great location for the beach and the local pub/restaurant "the cliff" was first class. Highly recommend this house for any large family or friends gathering.

Spent the weekend at this great house for my husbands 50th Birthday. It comfortably slept 12 of us, 4 of which were children from age 9 down. It had all the facilities you could want for a comfortable stay, including entertainment for the children with the football table and a selection of games that we all enjoyed. It was in a fab location, 5 min walk to the beauiful Canford Cliffs and great pubs within walking distance. Booking was really easy and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would happily recommend this service and house to my friends.

Fantastic property in a great location
We recently used this property as accommodation for a big group of friends attending our wedding. Everyone agreed that it was a great place to stay and an incredibly convenient location for our needs. Deluxe Holiday Homes were great to deal with and provided a very professional service.
