Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Note: The property is accessed via an external staircase. The owner provides a welcome pack at this property that includes a small box of locally sourced chocolates, bottle of milk, tea, coffee and bottle of wine (red and white). Region: The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales. Town: It was the constant 28 degrees centigrade of the bubbling blue waters of Buxton's eight thermal springs that originally attracted the Romans to the town. However it was during the 18th and 19th centuries, under the patronage of successive Dukes of Devonshire, that the Palladian splendour of the Buxton of today was designed and built - including the magnificent semi-circular Crescent, The Great Stable, Hall Bank, The Square, The Pavilion Gardens and The Opera House.More

Excellent location, a short walk into town and surrounding attractions. The apartment was family friendly, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed relaxing here in between visiting surrounding cities. If visiting this part of the country again would stay here.
