Welcome to our four bedroom detached stone barn conversion dating back over four hundred years on the outskirts of Buxton, Derbyshire, bordering the Peak District National Park and within easy reach of the surrounding area enjoying far reaching views across open countryside. The ideal location for friends and family getting together to chill out. Relax on our decking with a glass of wine or a cold beer overlooking the ponds or relaxing in the hot tub while children play in the enclosed garden enjoying the walk-on lawn level trampoline. Bailey Flatt Barn is a substantial detached 4 bedroom stone barn conversion sleeping 7. Situated on the edge of Buxton town centre with easy access to the Peak District National Park, 15-20 minutes' walk over the fields finds you in the centre of our beautiful spa town, which is famous for its Opera House, The Crescent, Devonshire Dome, Pavilion Gardens - these are just a few of the attractions Buxton has to offer. Bailey Flatt is ideally situated for those who like the great outdoors; rambling on one of the many footpaths that cross at the gate to Bailey Flatt, or cycling, mountain biking, walking, caving, rock-climbing. Come home to a real fire at the end of a perfect day or relax and chill out with a glass of wine in the secluded hot tub. The property has been sympathetically converted with many original features remaining including exposed stonework, oak trusses and beams. Hot tub is a optional extra charge of fifty pounds payable on arrival & subject to availability. On arrival there will be a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and cream cakes, plus a bottle of wine. Sorry, we do not allow pets. We also do not accept short breaks during high season. More
