Sunset Stop is a 2 bedroom self catering bungalow, we specialise in weekend breaks. If you book 3 nights, the third night will be half price. Please contact us for a quote. Being close to the A303, Tintinhull provides an excellent base for a couple travelling down from London. We are 105 miles from the M3/M25 junction, a bit under 2 hours, making us ideal for a weekend country break to explore South Somerset. Tintinhull is a typical English village, in South Somerset, about 3 miles north of Yeovil. Tintinhull has a village green, pub and Tintinhull house and gardens (National Trust property). Nearby places include Sherborne, Martock, Somerton, Crewkerne, South Petherton, Ilchester and Montecute. Recently decorated to a high standard the accommodation consists of: 2 Double bedrooms, linen provided, bring your own towels. Lounge, log fireplace and TV. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double, optional extra single bed, with en-suite containing power shower. Option to add single bed to bedroom 1. Bathroom, with large power shower. Kitchenette, with kettle, toaster, fridge (smallish freezer compartment too), microwave, portable single ring induction hob with 2 saucepans and a frying pan and basic kitchen equipment. WiFi broadband is included. Large terrace area with picnic table and recliner chairs. Barbecue provided, bring your own charcoal and food. Off road parking is available. Sunset Stop is available for a short break at weekends only, with no breakfast supplied. We don't accept bookings for more than 5 people. Prices for 2 guests assume 1 bedroom only, there is an additional fee of £15 per night if both bedrooms are required. One friendly well behaved dog is welcome, £20 per weekend. This must be by prior arrangement and subject to our doggie rules. Please email before booking. Sunset Stop is an annex attached to our family home, in a big garden with a very friendly dog. There is a large terrace, which is ideal for you to sit out in the sun or enjoy a barbecue. Other parts of the garden are work in progress, hence the value pricing, so would suit country people. More

Sunset stop is a lovely holiday home, well maintained with a nice atmosphere. The open fire was a particular treat on a cold November night. The property was very lovely and we would definitely stay again.

Would def think about staying again if a little money was spent on new modern TV, update lounge and kitchen . Kitchen very sparse of cutlery and no microwave. Nice owners who could do nothing about 4 days of heavy rain.More

We agree the TV is old, but it works. We provide a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It is basic, and that is how it is described. There is cutlery for 5 and it has always had a microwave. We provide good clean accommodation at...More
