Warm and lovely three bedroom flat in the heart of Beverley's market district. Includes all the necessary living amenities, convenient parking, and nearby shopping - all at very reasonable price.

4 of us visited Beverley for the Folk festival at the end of June. The apartment is perfect.The owner Nancy was very helpful when we arrived.It could not be more central with bus stops a few meters from the front. Others have commented on the layout of the flat and we can add nothing. It is perfect with every imaginable...

We have stayed at this apartment three times before and we have never been disappointed. Since the last time we were there the apartment has had several improvements and Nancy the owner is constantly trying to raise the standard and make the apartment more comfortable and better furnished. Beverley is located about 10 miles to the north of Hull and 30 miles east of York. The fine beaches of Bridlington and Hornsea are about a 20 minute drive northeast. Beverley itself is famed for it spectacular Beverley Minster founded in 700AD and is once of the largest parish churches in the UK. Additionally Beverley is an historic market town which still thrives today on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Also of much interest is the Beverley racecourse holding exciting meetings throughout the spring and summer.
