The newest addition to the Lempicka portfolio is Eastgate Cottage, a two bedroom refurbished turn of the century workman's cottage. It is located at '4 Eastgate' adjacent to the properties on Wednesday Market. The property has a large double bedroom, a single bedroom with a rollout trundle to convert into a double, a large yet cosy living room with walk through to a cheerful full kitchen leading to a luxurious bath and shower room. Note that in keeping with workman's cottage of this era, the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are quite narrow.
