This homely, south facing, holiday apartment within a purpose built complex near the pier, is conveniently located for quick level walking access to the beach, harbour and town. It comprises a large bedroom with a double bed and single bunks, a lounge with dining furniture, a 3-seater sofa bed, a kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, toaster, shopping trolly, picnic backpack, iron and ironing board. Whilst furnished with a home-from-home feel, it has gentle reminders of being at the seaside so relax and enjoy.

Heating is by way of dimplex electric units and an emersion for hot water. The modern bathroom has a fixed heater and an electric shower operates over the bath.

Our house manager, meets and greets our guests but if the time of your arrival means she can't be there in person, there is a key safe so that you can let yourselves in. She is in 24 hour contact for the duration of your stay. All help, information and tips are listed in a folder within the apartment.

We have stayed at the apartment many times and always had a wonderful holiday ,a nice clean apartment and a lovely complex very nice pool and in a very good location and we love it that's why we keep returning.

Lively Paignton offers the perfect blend of traditional seaside thrills and spills with a clean safe beach and is appealing to day trippers with lots of exciting things to do including a geoplay park, the new Parkfield activity centre where there's an indoor climbing wall, a BMX track and a skate park. Neighbouring Torquay with its iconic palm trees is the vibrant cosmopolitan heart of the English Rivera and has a buzzing shopping area that reaches on and on. Getting around
Torbay has an excellent bus service, all operating from the main bus station. The local services run every 12 minutes and long distance travel is by the hour. Alternatively, there is a regular run of trains in and out of the station which is in the same area as the bus station. A round robin trip takes you to Totnes by bus, to Dartmouth by boat, then a ferry to the steam train which brings you back to Paignton - A magical nostalgic tour.

Airport: Exeter: 16.0 km
Railway: Paignton: 0.5 km
As well as first great western railway service, National Express coach network operates from practically anywhere into the town's central bus station. If travelling by car, follow the south west bound motorway, then Torquay signs and finally Paignton directions along the ring road. Head fr the sea front and on sighting the pier, turn into the Inn-on-the-Green car park almost opposite. At the barrier, a swipe card allows entry into the private New Esplanade Court parking area where an allocated space (number 9) is available. Simple. Your host will liaise your time of arrival and will meet you if possible. If you arrive early, there are a couple of parking spaces at the Inn on the Green that allows waiting time for New Esplanade and which should be clearly marked.
