The Priory is a large, handsome Victorian residence at Luccombe (comprising of eleven apartments) situated on the edge of Shanklin, on a spectacular stretch of cliffs. The apartment is located on the top (second) floor with far reaching views over Shanklin and Sandown Bay, from the living room. The building is set on raised ground over a mature tiered private garden and surrounded by natural beauty ; National Trust land, Luccombe Down, Shanklin Chine, Rylstone Gardens and Shanklin beach. Shanklin is an ideal base to explore the island.

Although compact, the apartment is cosily furnished to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 people in 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. There are 2 small wet-room showers with wc (one ensuite).

Bedlinen and towels included. Iron and hairdryer also available in the flat.

Standard damage deposit of £100 will be included in your quote and will be returned to you within one week of your departure by Paypal (depending on any deductions for damage).

There are two sets of keys available for the flat. A charge of £50( per set) will be incurred in the event of loss. Standard arrival is after 3pm and Departure is before 10am. You may arrive anytime after 3pm, instructions to keysafe at property to obtain keys will be provided after balance is paid.
