Caldey view is located just off the Esplanade, a two minute stroll from the sandy Blue Flag South Beach. There are actually 4 beaches to choose from in this beautiful town! Ideal for families with young children and superb for walkers who want to enjoy the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park or golfers who want the challenge of the nearby Links course just 5 minutes down the road.

Summer boat trips, jet ski safaris, fishing trips, unspoilt countryside, the best views in the world (in my opinion!) Caldey Island inhabited by monks is a great day out, especially when a local band is playing on the green. An added extra is a little enclosed private garden to the rear of the property, with table and chairs and a clothes line. A perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

Excellent accommodation very clean and well equipped. Brilliant location 5 minutes to shops and even less to the beach. Only downside was parking. Convenient public car park but nightmare trying to pay.

Very nice property at good location and exactly near to the beach. As I came with my family so Tesco is nearby for our grocery. All the pubs, bars and restaurants and impprtant locations are quite easily accessible.

Excellent location with beautiful views of Caldey Island. Everything to hand - shops, eating places etc. Accommodation clean & comfortable - just one or two minor niggles! (e.g. rickety dining table & chair).

Recently renovated. Everything is brand new! Nice modern furniture with a homely feel. The apartment is always nice and bright with a lovely bay window and a sea view. There are two bathrooms, one of them ensuite to the master bedroom. An iPod dock is also provided.

About the neighbourhood
Caldey Island, with it's monastery and lovely walks is only a short boat ride away. Also on the water, there are seal viewing trips, fishing trips and watersports. Horse riding on the beach is also available. Further afield is Skomer and Ramsay island, wildlife sanctuaries, well worth a visit. For the more adventurous, there is surfing at Newgale, dolphin and whale watching at St Davids, coasteering and micro-light flying to name but a few.

A good selection of pubs and a golf course all within easy walking distance of the apartment. A short drive will take you to the local leisure attractions, Folly Farm, Oakwood, Dinosaur Park and Heatherton Country Sports Park for a fun day out for all ages. (Local buses are available to these attractions).

If approaching from the West (London direction), take the M4 all the way to the end then the A40 until St. Clears (approx 20 miles) then take the A477 for Tenby. It takes approximately 2 hours from the Severn Bridge at Bristol.

From Fishguard harbour (approx. 30 miles), take the A40 as far a Narberth and then take the A478 towards Tenby.

From Pembroke Dock (approx. 10 miles) take the A477 for Tenby
