We opened in November 2014 and have had fabulous feedback from our guests to date.
The ground-floor apartment offers a beautiful living room with a TV. DVD. 6 seat Dining Table with chairs and sofas.
Along with a private shower room and complimentary toiletries, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a set of bunk beds.
Apartment L31 Living also offers a fully fitted kitchen, which comes equipped with an oven,microwave, washing machine, and a fridge freezer.

We stayed here as we were visiting family. The location is perfect as it's not far from the city centre, so we were able to go enjoy all that it had to offer as well. With all mod cons, comfortable living area and bedrooms and nicely decorated, it was truly home from home. The location is perfect for Aintree so...

We LOVED our stay and found all the amenities of home were just where they should be in this apartment. It was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed to make our Christmas getaway comfortable ... we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. A big thumbs up!

Maghull is situated some 7 miles north of Liverpool City Centre (European Capital of Culture 2008) on the A59 (Northway) at the end of the M57/M58 Motorways. It sits on the routes of both the Leeds-Liverpool Canal and Merseyrail's Northern Line to Ormskirk.

Our town has grown substantially since the Second World War as a dormitory surburb of Liverpool.Until the local government reorganisation in 1974 Maghull was part of the Rural District of West Lancashire and therefore in the County of Lancashire.
