The apartment is furnished to cater for 6 guests comfortably in this very spacious penthouse apartment. The apartment is also in an ideal location which means it is in walking distance to all amenities and has plenty of parking on the complex with landscaped gardens and communal pool which can be used by adults or children. When children using the pool they must always be supervised by an adult for safety. The pool area is also equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The complex is in a lovely area located in the village of Kissonerga. This 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is truly amazing and is the perfect getaway for families! Kissonerga village is only a 2 minutes' walk away and is still traditionally picturesque and charming with its local taverns, restaurants, kiosks, supermarkets, snack bars and also internet cafe's. Paphos Town (10 minutes journey) or North up to the best beach in South West Cyprus - Coral Beach (5 minutes journey). There is a bus stop within walking distance to the main road with a very regular bus service operating three routes for a small fee (1 Euro). It is only a 15 minutes journey on the bus into Paphos Harbour (Kato Paphos) which is a beautiful sea-fronted row of restaurants, jewelers, shops and bars, all dominated by the harbour and Fortress. The added costs as the guest knows are as follows; If the stay is less than 7 days we kindly ask that the guests pay the cleaning and laundry fees to management. This way guests can then book with us for stays less than 7...More

Stayed here with 5 girlfriend for a mini break in June. The place was lovely, very clean and spacious with everything you need. The outside space was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed a lovely evening playing the cards they provided and having a few drinks....More

My husband and I live in Kissonerga and 6 of our friends were coming to visit us, 2 stayed with us and the other 4 rented this apartment. Have to say that when we visited to check out for friends, never heard a dog bark...More

We have approached the authorities and the owner of the dogs has been informed to remove the dogs from the area. Since my stay at the property I must say it was peaceful as no dogs at the other property.

Lovely apartment really big everything we needed there. Staying in the village was lovely. Walk down the hill theres a beautiful beach. Buses run along the main road at the bottom of the hill every 15 minutes. Taxis 15 Euro to habour or coral bay....More

The Balcony,was very nice indeed, bedrooms were spacious, the pool area was good with sun loungers and a big umberella , we rented a car as its quite a distance to social areas....you will definately need a car...the only critisism we had was the 4...More

The dogs are not kept on site all the time, dogs are brought back and fore on occasions and can some times be months before dogs are seen again.

About the neighbourhood
Kissonerga is a small village about 5 km north-west of Paphos. It is on a plateau about 200m above sea level and about 2km inland, with much of the village enjoying panoramic sea views. Today, Kissonerga is becoming more popular and has a more commercial appeal to retailers. The village still has a quaint feel and it is still a very traditional, Cypriot village. There are now some very good and modern restaurants, a modern pharmacy, beauty salons and coffee shops that serve both locals and expats. Kissonerga also has a horse riding center as well as boat yard that fixes, sells and services all sorts of boats.
