Just spent a wonderful, relaxing and cosy weekend at the lodge. Beautiful location, ultra cosy and lovely friendly owners. Ideal for exploring Delamere and everything it has to offer.

Just returned from a weekend at Lynmere Lodge whilst attending a nearby wedding. Location was perfect lodge spotlessly clean and well equipped,hosts friendly very helpful even took us to collect our car from wedding venue. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Had a lovely relaxing break deep in the forest. The lodge was spacious and clean and perfect for us 6 adults and toddler. We were made very welcome indeed and will definitely return.

Delamere Forest is Cheshire's largest area of woodland and is a place for families to let off steam, escape the crowds and find peace in the heart of the forest. Delamere is also a haven for wildlife including the beautiful small tortoiseshell butterfly, greater spotted woodpecker, white faced darter dragonfly, green woodpecker, siskin and southern hawker dragonfly. Horse Riding: Why not bring your horse on holiday with you, we can offer first class stabling, so you can enjoy the hacking through the forest when ever you want. Also within half an hour away there are a number of equestrian centres you can visit, whether it be eventing/farm rides or showjumping. We have first class facilities all on-site. Getting around
We are 5 minutes from Delamere Train Station (Chester / Manchester). As we are located within the forest, a car would be necessary unless using the train. There is plenty to do on our doorstep (Gruffalo, Segways, Go Ape, Cycling, Walking/Hiking) and also plenty of thing to do in the local area.
