Unique holiday space in the Casa Excentrico

Private Room , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 2
Velez de Benaudalla, Province of Granada, Andalucia
Direct access from the atrium. The upstairs consists of two guest suites, both en suite, sharing a guest living room (see photographs)

This large room also has its own sun-room / studio.

The house is a traditional Spanish townhouse and definitely on the quirky side, in the heart of a small town which dates back to Moorish times. Velez is just off the A44 giving it access to the Costa Tropical beaches of Motril and Salubrena and also to the Lecrin Valley, Granada, the world-famous Alhambra Palace, and the Sierra Nevada.

About the neighbourhood
Velez is the closest town to Motril on the A44 to Granada, and the gateway to both the Lecrin Valley and the Alpajurras. It shares the Costa Tropical climate and lies between spectacular mountains. The town has a daily fish and meat market, a weekly general market, and as well as the abundance of bakeries, the bread van stops outside the house Monday through Saturday around 10 am. For the active, there is a gym, municipal swimming pools, cycling and hiking, and for the relaxed, a variety of excellent tapas bars and restaurants, the Jardin Nazari, and gentle sightseeing.
