Craigard is an elegant and stylish house sitting on the edge of Loch Tay. The views of the Loch and the surrounding hills, are simply breath taking. The open plan layout of the bright and airy upstairs living area has been designed to maximise the stunning location of the house and is flooded with natural light. Every aspect of the property oozes quality with leather sofas, solid oak furniture, oak flooring and a beautiful, well equipped kitchen. Downstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms (2 with standard double beds and 1 with a 4ft bed), two with en-suite shower rooms and the house has been put together with 'grown ups' in mind. Well upkept house, everything there should be for relaxing holiday. Beautful views from upper cloor with communal living space. Architectural mishap of thin floors and in bedrooms overhead noises. If everyb o dy goes to bed at same time this will not be a prob o em though.

Gorgeous open plan top floor with good sized bedrooms downstairs Relaxing view of Loch Tay and Kenmore just 3 miles away for provisions Good food at lots of nearby venues Excellent local art displays
