Yet again we had a really lovely stay at this holiday cottage with friendly hosts who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Cottage was modern, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful surrounding area and countryside with shops just around the corner. A great base for Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington. Would recommend !

We used this accommodation as a base whilst working in the area. It is lovely and clean and the owners are really friendly and helpful. The house has everything that you need and local shops and eating houses are just around the corner. Would highly recommend a stay here whether for business or exploring the surrounding area.

Stayed here for 3 winter months during refurbishment of my own house. A practical and warm cottage in the middle of a pleasant village with good amenities. Handy for Warwick, Leamington, Stratford on Avon and the north Cotswolds.

This is a great place for short breaks. It includes excellent wifi connections, good size rooms and ample parking. Only 20 minutes from Warwick and Stratford; it is in a good location. TV was dated but worked fine, furnishing and cooking equipment basic but does the job. A welcome pack was provided on arrival which included tea, bread or cake, sugar and milk, although there were no toiletries provided. We had to provide our own towels but we were made aware of this before our visit, so was not a problem. There is room for improvement and maybe modernisation of kitchen equipment but overall a very average property. No problems with checking in or out.

This holiday apartment fitted our requirements perfectly. There were four of us altogether - two adults and two boys aged 10 and 7.The location was good for us to travel to various days out and the area was quiet and peaceful, but with amenities such as a supermarket and post office close by. The apartment was a good size and catered for all our needs especially at the end of the holiday when we washed and dried our clothes ready for our next destination. The apartment was spotless, beds comfy and plenty of very hot water. Would recommend this as a good base for sightseeing/days out.

We have stayed at Manor Mews twice now, both times with children. The cottage is excellent. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, peaceful and off street parking. A thoughtful welcome basket is provided on arrival with basics, plus kitchen essentials (washing up liquid, etc). Kineton is a great village to base yourself in, with an Indian restaurant, fish and chip shop, cafe, pub, chinese and lots of little shops. There are beautiful walks direct from the cottage into the coutryside. Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury are all within 10 miles, and the train to London takes just over an hour from Banbury station. We will back again this summer to stay with Debbie as it's is perfect for our needs.

We came for a long weekend & had a lovely time. There was plenty of room for us and our 2 children and Debbie was very helpful with the arrangements & happy for us to have shopping delivered. There was a travel cot & high chair available which was really useful. Kineton is a pretty village, but we didn't explore it much in terms of shops & eating out. We spent 2 fabulous days at Warwick Castle & also visited Upton House which was impressive. I have already recommended this let to a couple of people.
