Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans leur appartement magnifiquement bien placé (petit déjeuner tous les jours sur la terrasse face à la mer) décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation et avec beaucoup de plaisir!!

The apartment is part of a medium-sized (100 apartments) cluster of holiday apartments. However, we have not had the feeling of a crowded holiday accomodation at any time. We had an amazing view towards the sea and a distant lighthouse from our balcony.The local beach is quite small. The apartment is 15 minutes away from the southern airport by car. Furthermore, it conveniently connected with the motorway which carried us to almost any place on Tenerife in under 1.5 hours. One small Supermarket (open all day) is just a few minutes walk away. Branches of larger supermarket companies (Lidl, HiperDino, ..) are less than 15 Minutes away by car. Furthermore, the apartment disposes of an individual parking place in an underground garage. All in all, it seemed to us that the apartment provided every other item/feature promised (micro wave, hair dryer, washer etc.) on this website and even more such as some beach equipment, common tv programmes from our homeland Germany (and other countries), spices and oil as well as a initially given cheese, wine, a delicous cake baked by a relative and fruits. The apartment itself was modernly furnished for 4 persons but would (according to my judgment) allow also a fifth person to live and sleep in the apartment. The quantity of dishes was sufficient for one to two meals. All in all, the appearance of the apartment conforms (surprisingly, as it is not common from my experience) with pictures provided on the Website. The owner was very kind and attentitve and seeked to satisfy us in every regard. For example, he provided information about local activities and offered to help after our car breakdown. If I had to name one thing that was missing it would probably be an air conditioning system. Given that our stay took place late in the summer season we could manage to cool down our aparment by intelligently opening the windows. Unfortunately, the bathroom didn't dispose of a window or a air extractor, which lead to heat and a high humidity immidately after showering. Regardless, this constitutes just a small factor and thus we have been contented with our overall stay and would return.

Bel appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer, bien équipé, propre dans un immeuble très bien entretenu. Belle piscine! Localisé dans un petit village, donc tranquille! Propriétaires charmants et très généreux lors de notre accueil! Je recommande sans hésitation!

Well, what can I say...First, the reservation process was so easy and so was the first contact via email with Juan. Then, upon checking in, we were just blown away by how kind and welcoming Juan was and the beauty of the place. The condo is absolutely perfect for 4 people and the location is awesome to explore the southern part of Tenerife. We enjoyed the quaintness and quietness of El Porris and the view from the apartment. Everything was just great and we hope to be back again in Porris one day.

Un apartamento nuevo, muy agradable, bien decorado, no falta de nada. Encantador su propietario. Nos sorprendió con unos bonitos detalles de bienvenida. Muy recomendable

Superbe appartement, terrasse ensoleillée avec très belle vue mer , très bien meublé, la cuisine est bien équipée, appartement spacieux, meublé avec goût,grande tv et internet, le garage permet de garer la voiture et d accéder à l appartement par l ascenseur, piscine agréable avec vaste terrasse, propriétaire charmant et très serviable, beaucoup de documentation pour excursions et visites de l ile, à recommander!
