Casa de los Robles sleeps 8 people, in 4 rooms – one with kingsize bed with en suite bathroom, one with double bed with toilet and wash basin, and two rooms with twin beds, sharing a shower room and toilet.
Heated water is supplied from recently fitted solar panels which provide endless hot showers during the day.

The Master Bedroom with ensuite, opens onto a sun shaded terrace, which can be shared as a main dining area, the other double bedroom opens onto its own private courtyard with water features and glorious views of Mt. Maroma. This is a great venue for sunset cocktails and late evening music.

Rafa who is the house Manager will be available 24/7 in case of any emergencies. He lives with his wife Ani in the nearby village of Sedella and he will make a point of welcoming you to the house on your arrival. He looks after the garden so you are likely to see him at various times. He speaks some English and is very friendly and helpful.

SEDELLA

Sedella lies 62 kilometres from Malaga and 33 kilometres from the coast. It is located within the area of Axarquia, on the scenic Mudejar Route, and has a population of 700.

Sedella stands at 689 metres altitude in the foothills of the Sierra Tejada and Sierra Almijara mountain ranges. It has winding, narrow streets lined with whitewashed houses, many of which have Arab style courtyards and gardens.

Within the village the Casa Torre is built in a Renaissance-Mudejar style an church of San has a preserved 16th century tower. Near to the village the remains of an old military fortress can be found.

Getting around
A car is essential to reach the Villa, but a local bus runs from Sedella twice a day down to Torre del Mar and return. Its a very inexpensive way of getting down to the coast and from Torre del Mar bus station you can take another bus to Malaga.

Malaga airport is approximately 1 hours drive away and most budget airlines fly there from various airports in the UK. It is necessary to hire a car from one of the many providers; we usually use Cargest but it is wise to compare prices with other companies. Any car is adequate to climb the 200 yards of private track off the main mountain road to the villa. A pdf of detailed, easy to follow directions is available on request. It is also possible to drive to the villa, from the ports of either Santander or Bilbao, or from one of the northern French ports. From northern Spain the journey can just about be accomplished in a day, but an overnight stay in an interesting Parador can be an enjoyable addition to a holiday.
