The Waterwheel Apartment, Charlestown, is situated within a designated World Heritage Site and is only 500 metres from the harbour. The two-bedroomed apartment is contemporary and spacious, able to comfortably accommodate up to four people (plus an infant). The accommodation itself offers a high modern standard of comfort, has unlimited Wifi, a 42' TV and a Smart TV. There is a well equipped kitchen which includes essentials such as a dishwasher, washer/drier and fridge/freezer. The apartment is on the ground floor sheltered by its own enclosed garden, making it suitable for children, games, BBQs and just relaxing in the sunshine! There is one designated parking space in front of the apartment, in addition, there is further off street parking and on street parking available close by.

Excellent apartment, fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Gorgeous local produce waiting for us on arrival together with Easter chocolates. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. We will be back again

Superb! We took our grandchildren for a half-term break to Charlestown and No. 1 Waterwheel Apartment was every bit as nice as it looks in the photos - immaculately clean on arrival, fantastically well equipped and with a lovely welcome pack to greet us. We would have loved to be able to use the enclosed garden, but just a little...

This is a beautiful and well equipped apartment in a perfect position. On arrival we received some local 'goodies' including fresh scones, jam and clotted cream. It is just a short walk down the hill to the harbour of Charlestown with a good selection of places to eat. The harbour itself is interesting along with the Shipwreck museum and access...

Charlestown is an idyllic harbourside village with its tall ships, pebbled beaches and numerous eating places. Visit The Shipwreck Centre to learn about the fascinating local history or potter around the numerous gift shops. There are two 24-hour supermarkets within a mile of the apartment and the mainline railway station in St Austell has good connections within Cornwall.
Getting around
If you have a car you can access anywhere at all in Cornwall. If you wish to stay without the use of a car the bus stop is just across the road from the apartment and an up to date time table is in the apartment.
